Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with payment. Once payment has been processed, you will be deemed as agreeable to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard T&C in the checkout page.

General Terms and Conditions

  • TrackRecord reserves the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the program or its contents or alter the composition of the relevant trainers and venue for the training at any time at its discretion.
  • TrackRecord reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training session should the need arise.
  • TrackRecord reserves the right to change any regulations or policies at any time as it deems fit without prior notice.
  • All intellectual property rights, including copyright, patent, design rights relating to the program or program materials, that are provided, or made available during the program, remain the sole property of TrackRecord or its licensors. No copies of program materials may be made either whole or in part unless expressly agreed in advance in writing by TrackRecord.
  • Upon attending TrackRecord Pte Ltd classes, you acknowledge that you are not attending for reasons associated with competing with TrackRecord Pte Ltd’s business or otherwise obtainingTrackRecord’s proprietary information for any use inconsistent with the teachings during the course.

Fees and Payment

  • Program Fee is payable upfront prior to program commencement date.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the program fees and all other charges relating to the program are paid by the deadline notified.
  • TrackRecord reserves the right to refuse a student admission to the program if he has not paid all compulsory fees and other charges in full before the program starts.

Deferment Policy

  • No deferment is allowed upon program commencement date.
  • Deferment is only allowed once and a written notice of deferment must be received more than 14 days prior to the program commencement date.
  • A charge of $1000 will apply should the written notice of deferment be received 14 to 1 day(s) before the program commencement date.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations / withdrawals are NOT allowed once a written confirmation has been sent to the student. However, a replacement may be sent to attend the same program.
  • In case of late cancellation, non-appearance or leaving the course once it is underway, students are not entitled to a refund.

Personal Data

By proceeding with payment,

  • you agree that TrackRecord may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form, or (if applicable) obtained by our organisation as a result of your membership, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012: (a) the processing of this membership application; and (b) the administration of the membership with our organisation.
  • you allow all photographs and video taken during the program to be used on TrackRecord’s (or its affliates’) website, newsletter, social media, publicity and other related purposes.
